DEPRESSION: The Silent Killer?

Whether it’s you or someone you love, depression can be a ‘silent killer’. Robert DiRoma, LMSW, LADC, will be speaking at The Darien Depot Youth Center on Thursday, May 3rd from 7-8 pm.

Robert DiRoma, LMSW, LADC specializes in substance and alcohol abuse and mental illness. He received a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University and has worked as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor for the past ten years with substance abuse and mental health populations. Some therapeutic techniques Rob provides are CBT, long term dynamic therapy as well as taking a trauma focused approach dealing with childhood, teen and adult development. Rob’s passion is working with this clientele, including friends and families who struggle with loved ones suffering from substance abuse and mental illness.
